Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Custom orders ship 10-15 business days.
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking when the order ships.
Please allow USPS to update tracking within 48 hours before contacting us.
You will be notified if there are any delays with shipping.
Minnie Augustus is not responsible for customs taxes, etc. applied to your International orders. Nor are we responsible if package is held up in customs.
If package is lost/stolen please contact USPS and put a claim in.
If package is returned due to address error (wrong address, missing apartment/Unit number, zip code error) you will be responsible to have order shipped back out. The reshipment fee due prior to reshipment. Minnie Augustus staff do not manually input shipping addresses if there is a address error it occurred when order was placed. Please contact us immediately if you think your address is incorrect.
